Is now a good time to learn to take responsibility for your life?

At trainings with the foundation psychologists, children and teenagers discuss very complex and important topics, not only related to the present, but also about the impact of the past on our life as well as planning a better future for them.

Yulia Yakunina, a foundation psychologist, provided some highlights of one of our trainings:

"The main training topic was the discussion about who rules our life. If something happens, is it an accident or do we influence that?"
⠀
"It's interesting that almost all participants said that in most cases, we are managing our own fate and our choices impact our future life. But together with that, many things happen accidentally: coincidences, luck, or it's about some automatic, subconscious actions we do. One participant said that angels guide and help us."

"We also touched upon the question if it depends on us what type of people are around us. Many said that yes. Some also mentioned that even if we meet some bad people on our way, it's good as they also teach us something and it helps us to develop."

Teenagers talk with such a level of consciousness that one can be jealous. Sometimes adults cannot come to such truth. And thus yes, now is the best time to learn to take responsibility for your own life as it will positively impact the future.

The trainings conducted by the foundation psychologists bring results: participants become more confident, listen to themselves more attentively, learn critical thinking, and even learn how to find reasons and occasions to enjoy life.
