Psychologist's office for parents

We constantly highlight that the integral approach is what really influences the people's well-being. It is also true for psychological support. During our trainings, we try to build connection not only with children, but also with their parents.

Families, who have stayed in Ukraine, have their specific set of challenges, while those who left face other ones. But all of them need support and help in adapting their mindset and even gaining new habits.

The foundation psychologist Svitlava Philipova has resumed the work with parents. The trainings are taking place online and thus people can join from any part of the world. This group is a community, where parents (some raising 7 and more children) can share their challenges and hear the words of support from fellow community members or tell about their successes and inspire others.

It is a safe space, where they learn to cope with their emotions, anxieties, and, by improving self-understanding, to build better connection with their children.

This meeting agenda included such topics:

* new life and education reality;
* emotional background of anxiety;
* the complexities of living with strangers;
* children adaptation, etc.
